QUALITY
Quality is perhaps the most important issue when purchasing a turbocharger core.
At Goldfarb & Associates, we complete four different inspections on every core. If we find any problems we mark the part and sell it for a lower price. When we say the core is in ‘good rebuildable condition’ (GRC), we mean that you should be able to use all the main components. Of course you, the customers, are the final judges as to whether the core is acceptable. If you say it is not GRC, then we adjust the price accordingly.
SERVICE
The customer is always right. We really do believe that.
We go out of our way to take care of our customers’ every need. If you need one turbo shipped next day air by 5:30PM or you need 10 wheel and shafts for an HX52, we will get it to you in a quick and efficient manner. We are constantly searching for better and less expensive ways to improve and streamline shipping. Price is important of course, but not nearly as important as customer service.
AVAILABILITY
Product availability is a key component of our success.
Frequent communication with our customers combined with our intimate knowledge of the core market enables us to scour the world to find the right mix of injection pump, fuel injector and turbocharger cores to supply.
